By using Wastify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

Wastify provides an online platform for selling used computer hardware and electronic components. We purchase items from sellers at fair market prices determined through professional inspection.

3. Sell Process

Estimated prices are not final offers. Final pricing is determined after professional inspection. You may accept or reject any offer. Rejected items will be returned at no cost.

4. Payment

Payment is processed within 1-3 business days of offer acceptance. Available payment methods include bank transfer and other supported methods.

5. Shipping

Sellers are responsible for proper packaging. Wastify is not liable for damage during shipping unless using our prepaid shipping service.

6. Data Destruction

All storage devices are subject to certified data destruction. Sellers should back up data before shipping. Wastify is not responsible for data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wastify liability is limited to the agreed offer amount for accepted transactions. We are not liable for consequential damages.
